Waterloo Spiritual Retreat--8/10, 9:30am-2:30pm

Are you Interested in Spirituality and want to nurture your relationship

with yourself and the Universe?

You are invited to our one-day spiritual retreat being held at the

Waterloo JAM meeting house within the Waterloo Village.  Bring your lunch and wear comfortable clothes & shoes.

 

9:30 - 10 am Arriving (Bagels and coffee will be provided)

10 - 10:30 Morning Meditation

10:30 - 11:30 Spiritual Activity 1

11:30 - 12 noon Yoga

12:00 - 1:00 pm Lunch ( please bring a bag lunch)

1:00 - 2:00 Spiritual Activity 2

2:00 - 2:30 Closing Meditation
